Shipping times

Nekelon products are shipped from our warehouse in Germany and various other countries. We offer free domestic shipping with tracking to all customers. No shipping costs and no sales tax.

Processing time : 1-2 working days.

Delivery time : 2-6 working days.

International delivery : may take 7–14 working days depending on the destination country.

Note : All working days include Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Do you track my order?

To track your order, simply click on the order link in the shipping confirmation you received. If not, please email us at support@nekelon.com and we will send you your number.  

Please note that tracking information will not be available until 1-2 business days after your order has been processed.

Wrong address

Nekelon cannot accept responsibility for incorrect shipping information entered during the order process. Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We want to ensure your package arrives safely and soundly at your doorstep.

We are NOT responsible if a package is undeliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please provide the correct shipping information when placing your order. If you discover you've made a mistake, please email us as soon as possible at support@nekelon.com 

IMPORTANT : We understand that typos do happen from time to time (especially when shopping with a mobile phone). In the event that a customer enters incorrect shipping information and a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the item/order to the new/correct shipping address.

Where is my package?

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery times above, please email support@nekelon.com  with your order number and request a tracking number. We will get back to you with the tracking number as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours). 

Then simply click on the tracking number in the email to see where your order is currently located. Please note that tracking information will not be available until 1-2 business days after your order has been processed.

Lost/stolen packages

Nekelon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking information indicates that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you will need to contact the courier service.
