A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction
Consumers have the right to cancel a contract under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without providing any reason.
The cancellation period is 30 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the last item in your order.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Mufalani Ahmad, Email: support@nekelon.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) regarding your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached sample cancellation form, but it is not mandatory.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of exercising the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred if you selected a delivery method other than the most cost-effective standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your cancellation notice.
For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for the refund.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling that was not necessary for checking the condition, properties, and functionality of the goods.
General Notes
  1. Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. If possible, return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use additional protective packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that the goods are adequately protected against transport damage with suitable packaging.
  2. Please do not send the goods back to us with unpaid postage.
  3. Please note that points 1-2 are not mandatory conditions for effectively exercising the right of cancellation.
